Pit 21 (December 3, 2006, Thousand Oaks, CA; 33 images and 3 videos)
Pit 21 was a 36lb steamship of buffalo (bison) with 5lbs of alligator tenderloins stuffed along the bone. We started the fire about 6:30am, buried the meat at 8:45am and dug it up about 3:15pm.
